caitlin: i have a cool story for you guys (at least i thought it was cool) so i've been taking my red winterfest bible to school with me everyday and up until today, no one noticed. but today, my friends and i were presenting our English project and in one of the poems we were reading, there was an allusion to the bible. so i pulled out my bible so that we could read the passage that the poem was talking about. then after class, this girl came up to me and she said she thought it was awesome that i brought my bible to school because she felt like she was the only person who ever brought a bible to school. i thought that was pretty awesome.
caitlin: ok, so i'm pretty sure that if its going to snow, it needs to be on any other day but tuesday and wednesday so that i can actually come to church...that would be great.

Jeremy: Ok, I will share my story of Barbara with everyone. We always sat in the back right in front of her when we first started going to church there and from the first day that we attended, she has always taken me aside to say that she is so glad that there is a teen group now and that she loves that her grandson is so much a part of it. She always complimented me and the entire youthgroup and ALWAYS supported us 100%. Her life was of Christ. She was someone very close to me and my wife and will be missed by all. We love you Ryan. Like I told you last night, keep your heart focused on what she would want you to be focused on and you will see her again one day. We love you
Jeff: Well it's like we heard this weekend. But even before we were told to see Jesus in everyone, I saw Jesus in Barbara Grant. She was the epitome of a servant. She brought dinner to me and my mom every thursday and even had bible study with her. She is a main reason my mom wants to become baptized and i thank God that she was in our lives and that she is with God looking down on us now. Ryan I am always here for you bro IF you need to talk or just need someone to be there with you im always available
caitlin: i totally agree with you guys. barbara (and the whole grant family really) was one of those people where you could just see in everything that she did that she loved God . ryan, I love you and if you need me, i'm here for you. i love all you guys.
Jeremy: Abbi, you are exactly right. We are all happy that she is with God now and not in this horrible place full of sin. However, knowing that we are human, it is very sad to see someone so encouraging and Christlike not with us anymore. My heart is breaking for Ryan and Emily and the whole Grant family.
--willow--: I know I've told a few people but for those who havent heard.. when I was really little Barbara Grant knew that I was always made fun of for the way I looked and other things and so most days she would ride her bike the same time I got out of school so she could talk to me and just lift me up.. and she's supprted me in all my mission trips.. and like Jeremy said it kind've just showed what it's like to see, know, and be Jesus. So many people loved her and will miss her.. and I'm just glad to know we have such a huge family to get through it together with. Ryan I love you too, and I know hoe much this hurts.
